As of January 1, 2008 our prescription carrier has changed over to Envision Rx Options, Inc.
You will need to get new prescription orders from your doctor in order to get your monthly prescriptions filled. The phone number to call if you have any questions is 1-800-361-4542.
Also, the fund office is offering Retirement counseling sessions for anyone who is looking to Retire. You can call this office at 330-535-6145 or the fund office direct to set up a time convenient for you.
They recommend that you bring your spouse along and that you know what date you are planning to retire. If this is a disability pension bring along the date you were disabled and if you are interested in the social security benefit bring in your estimated social security benefit sheet.
